I just added an issue to the tracker: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3385603&group_id=17691&atid=117691 Here is the summary: I'm running eXist_1.4.1-ref14877on RedHat Enterprise Linux x86_64 and am seeing core dumps whenever attempting to back up the database. I was able to create an initial 7.7G full backup of the database but ever since then the system has been crashing when doing the nightly incremental backups. eXist even crashes when I select the Admin -> Backups link in the eXist web app. I am attaching the hs_err_pid.log file that is generated but the cause seems to be this: Stack: [0x00007fe551a79000,0x00007fe551b7a000], sp=0x00007fe551b721a0, free space=996k Native frames: (J=compiled Java code, j=interpreted, Vv=VM code, C=native code) C [libzip.so+0x3f92] C [libzip.so+0x4552] ZIP_GetEntry+0xc2 C [libzip.so+0x35a4] Java_java_util_zip_ZipFile_getEntry+0xc4 J java.util.zip.ZipFile.getEntry(JLjava/lang/String;Z)J I have successfully been running full and incremental backups in an exist_1.4.1-rev14490 database but the size of the backup is only 1.5G. I attached the hs_err_pid.log to the tracker entry. |
