Sorry I have a  good option for you. It is surprising that DTDs are still
important for some organizations. The tool support (e.g. with xerces, e.g.
validation) is quite difficult to use and to understand. I worked for a long
time on the validation code in exist, and it made me have a strong opinion
on DTDs....
