I found a solution as i jumped in bed yesterday. I made a job-agent.xq which
is respponsible to submit jobs as a <job> node with date attribute in a
jobs.xml file. The xq trigger will trigger on all events and search in the
jobs.xml file for any unprocessed jobs and will delete the job enrty upon
completion.
