[Exist-open] eXist 1.4, got [Fatal Error] :-1:-1: Premature end of file.

dear all:

 eXist ?1.4
 ubuntu 9 ? 64bits


 when I used sandbox, query is very simple
 ?" 123"
 but it return nothing, and my console got "[Fatal Error] :-1:-1:
 Premature end of file. "
 the same query in java-client admin is fine

 anybody ? with the same problem?
