In the log file have you any Exceptions thrown that point to any code failure?

If you can provide test data and the scripts that you run against that data 
then I don't mind setting up a test case. It benefits all of us to nail down 
the problem. I am not an exist developer but I am planning on using the 
db extensively so I don't mind getting involved.
