I've downloaded sandbox directory from CVS and I get the following error when I 
point my browser to http://xxx:8080/exist/sandbox.xql

"Error found
function util:declare-option() is not defined in module namespace: http://exist-
db.org/xquery/util "

did I something wrong ?
