There are some restrictions on queries on in-memory Documents that are 
not clear to me.
But this is transitory since Wolfgang plans to work on that.

I you tell more about your queries, maybe a workaround can be found.
Ideally, a complete zip with a shell script to reproduce the problem 
would be apreciated.
