Does a bonded server work with normal single NIC clients? As I
understand bonding, it's just a way of paralleling NICs to get more
bandwidth for the server; the connections go to the same switch.  If
bonding is compatible with unmodified clients I don't see that there's a
problem. Why don't you give it a try and let us know?
