Here's what I would like to do. I would like to set up the following combination. File server with 2 NICs and a Client with 2 NICs (no switch between the two) booting via Etherboot from the file server. I can bond the NIC's on the server that is not a problem. At boot time there is only one NIC active on the client side. Does this configuration work, since the server will (or will not) send packets on both bonded NICs...
