[Etherboot-discuss] PXE works & nbi fails (same build) IntelD945GCNL

Hi everybody,
                 I am using thinstation 2.2 with etherboot bootrom,
on RTL8139D PCI NIC, i am trying to boot on IntelD945GCNL motherboard
which is having RTl8111B LAN chipset onboard, i have disabled onboard
LAN & build thinstation 2.2 nbi image also added rtl8168, rtl8169,
rtl8139too module while building nbi
                1) While booting from RTL8139D external PCI (using
thinstation nbi image)  nic it halts on "Configuring & Starting
Network..."
                2) While booting from RTl8139D external PCI (using
pxelinux.0 which is from same build of thinstation) NIC it works..
                3) While booting from onboard RTL8111B (using
pxelinux.0 from the same build of thinstation) NIC it works...

                then why it halts with NBI image is it issue of
etherboot or thinstation ? for reference, i have attached log files
from /var/log by booting with debug mode from the both PXE & NBI image
session, please rename the attached file to .zip as sourceforge
blocking .zip extentions, description of the files is as follows

1)  bootnbi.log - /var/log/boot.log (when i have booted from the nbi
image        RTL8139D NIC)
2) nbimessages - /var/log/messages (when i booted from the nbi image
using RTL8139D NIC)
3) pxeboot.log - /var/log/boot.log (when i booted from the pxelinux.0
using RTL8111B onboard NIC)
4) pxemessages - /var/log/messages (when i booted from the pxelinux.0
using RTL8111B onboard NIC)

              if anybody know solution on this issue please let me know.
