Sean, I don't get this compile error. Please give as much information as you can about your build environment so we can try to reproduce the error. Since the error message gives you the precise line of the problem, I would have thought that you would find the place in code, figure out what is causing the uninitialized reference, and propose a fix. It probably has something to do with your version of gcc or the distro you are using. I would greatly appreciate it if you would give evidence that you have made any effort to debug this.
