I could certainly add the option, but I pretty much only have options
that are in the Config file of the Etherboot source directory.  Should
this flag be in there?  It is possible it may become more generally
useful if more support for ISA PNP cards is done.

Which somewhat begs the question of whether there are other defines
hiding in the code that should possibly be in Config.
