<div> </div><div>Thank you, Steve.</div><div> </div><div>That's most likely the issue, even though I deinstalled all the official erl/yaws related packages in Ubuntu. My PC needs a clean install anyway. I'll try again with a clean install later, but for the moment, it is working fine and I leave it as it is.</div><div> </div><div>Regards,</div><div>usrbinerl</div><div> </div><div>26.10.2015, 23:38, "Steve Vinoski" <vi...@ie...>:</div><blockquote type="cite"><div><br /><div><br /><div>On Mon, Oct 26, 2015 at 5:07 PM, erl usrbin <span><<a href="mailto:usr...@ya..." target="_blank">usr...@ya...</a>></span> wrote:<br /><blockquote style="margin:0 0 0 0.8ex;border-left:1px #ccc solid;padding-left:1ex;"><div>Hello,</div><div>I did my first steps with Yaws and Erlang with standard packages on Ubuntu 15.04 some month ago - everything worked fine, of course.</div><div> </div><div>Now I wanted to try some more, compiling and installing Erlang 18.1 and Yaws 2.0.2 from source on newly upgraded Ubuntu 15.10. </div><div>Erlang was no problem, but Yaws had some issues (or maybe it was me, not sure). </div><div>It had to do with versions not found (i.e. kernel-3.0.3, xmerl-1.3.7) and a weird issue with folder names with non-latin characters. I'd suggest building Yaws in a clean directory with Erlang 18.1 and seeing if you still have the same problems. You should also remove those kernel and xmerl symlinks first, as you definitely shouldn't need those.</div><div> </div><div>--steve</div></div></div></div></blockquote><div> </div><div> </div><div>-------------------------------------------------------</div><div>«Нет! расчет, умеренность и трудолюбие: вот мои три верные карты…»</div><div> </div> |
