I've tried this and got the same result you did. One way to work around it
is to change the ehtml line to this:

out(A) -> {ehtml, [{p, [], <<"Milú/uft8">>}]}.

Meanwhile I'll have a closer look at how ehtml is expanded to see if I can
fix this.
