Yes, it could be great to have a format that would be compatible with the both toolkits and it should be possible I guess. There just might be some problems for features that are supported by one toolkit and not by the other but I don't think there are a lot of these actually. I'll try to make a quick version of the tool and of the file format, we could discuss this later. For now, I'll use a xml-like format.
