[E-devel] esmart does not correctly check for edb in configure.in

Hi Devs,

I wanted to inform that in current esmart CVS, configure.in seemed to 
check for edb_config, but configuration did not stop even when 
edb_config was not installed.
In consequence, process failed later, during compilation.
