Hi Jay, Actually It is explained in section 2.1 and beginning 2.2, plus references [7--9] how to calculate the Lipschitz exponent. I hate to say this but this is an enlightenment-related list. It's not the correct list to ask this sort of question and to expect elaborate answers. And also you have to do your own homework. Read the paper carefully including the references. Do some literature search and make sure you understand what they're talking about. Understand the Point Spread Function concept, deconvolution and some associated algorithm. People here won't do your homework. They would probably if it's an E-related work. I know a professor who might answer more deeply these type of questions (but hey if you don't do your homework first, chances are that you might not get a reply!).
