The CLIP_TO macro happens to be one of the only macros in blend.h that
hasn't been optimized yet.  I optimized all the others a long time ago, but
I didn't bother with this one because it's not an inner loop macro.

If you want I'll shake an optimized macro out of my sleeve, but I've been
out of the game for some time so give me a while... ;)
