Probably, but I'm just shooting in the dark. You should try to locate
the m4 macros and try to figure out why they aren't found. You could
also experiment with the --verbose options, automake's --amdir and
autoconf's --autoconf-dir options to find out more. Sorry I can't help
you. Anyone else?
