[E-devel] [FEATURE] libstroke, or not libstroke?

	Imho E lacks a feature many people would like:
stroke (gesture) support.

	fvwm already exploits powers of this little library, and i dont see
why (well, i`m lame), e still doesnt.

	The fact is i even believe that e16 should include it in its
featureset asap...
	The only reason i still use fwvm, and not E, is this lovely thing :)

P.S. I enjoy E. Keep up good work guys! :)
