The stylesheet change was just in the last couple of days, and that's when people using Netscape v4 started reporting oddities. You're chasing the wrong thing. The content-type has got nothing to do with font sizes. The stylesheet has been rolled back now anyway; fairly soon the website will be back to how it was (however long it takes until the next time the webserver refreshes from CVS).
