I would suggest then that your web-based mail service is crappy. =( If you are "email challenged" you should leap into the fray and run a mail client on your Linux box like God intended. ;P There are heaps of powerful MUAs to choose from ... PINE is a common choice amongst those just starting out; it's easy to use, text-based and menu-driven.
