#4 Highlighting bug in tab

I had seen this occur but thought it was just me, as I couldn't figure out what I'd done and couldn't reproduce..

To reproduce:

1. Open at least 3 tabs.
2. click on tab1 so it is active
3. right click on tab2 and choose close
4. click on tab3

1. Open two tabs.
2. Select first tab.
3. Close it.
4. Open it again.
