[Emc-developers] Tkemc bug reports

Hi Folks

Tkemc appears to have a bug in it - The initial display settings from the ini
file are not being passed. Default settings remain Relative Actual, regardless
of the ini file.

I'm sure there is an easy fix, and if time allows, I'll look in to it at work
tomorrow unless someone else beats me to it.
