I don't see any of the files for the Pico Systems products in your list, 
but they don't
have any author or license declaration in them.  (configs/univstep, 
univpwm and
ppmc).  Is there a recommended license for the configs files?  I'll be 
glad to
add such, but I don't know what to put in there.
