Hallo, in the TTS index we enable the users to click both ticket ID and ticket subject to get to the ticket. Is this good, should we have just one link for one thing and if which is better? Attached is the bug report/feature request, as I should implement it for the excerpt on the main screen as well, and certainly they should be unified.
