Thanks Ralf for your input,

I've just tried your suggestion and the result remains the same : 
nothing appears on the screen

If I use :
<customfields id="#Region" options=""  class="et2_fullWidth" /> , I can 
see my custom field value and it's label. But when I try the code lines 
you and Nathan mentionned, nothing appears on my screen.
