Open a bug with Microsoft ;-)

We added some IE10 specific fixes over the last year, but they are of 
cause not in an old version like 1.8.002.

You should update to 1.8.004 anyway, some of the fixes are backported to 
it, others are only in our subscription version EPL (because code is 
already so different, that backporting is not easy possible).

Take a trial (http://www.egroupware.org/trial) and test yourself if your 
problems are fixed there. Trials come with mail nowadays.
