Comment by Klaus Leithoff at 2012/10/17 15:48: There is one Idea here: maybe your IMAP Server does not return the uid of the appended mail. Printing an email in Progress works that way: -A draft is saved, the resulting UID is passed on to the process handling the display/print ->this draft is opened in PrintView (supposed to be using the UID returned from appending the message) If there is no UID returned from appending the message, he may try to open some arbitrary mail with some ID probably 1. How to check, if this is the case. There is a function appendMessage in class.bofelamimail.inc.php Just do some error_log statement after the appending of the message on $messageid Best regards Klaus Comment by Niccolo Pierini at 2012/10/09 16:03: Hi! Thanks for reply. Thi is the problem: I create a neew message in Felamimail. Before to send I try to print this message, but appear the error "The mimeparser can not parse this message." in the body instead of print preview and Print Window. I have a new message in the "Drafts" folder with object "[printview:]Email Object" We have this problem with Firefox and IE. My version of eGroupware is 1.8.004.20120822 on Centos 6.2 with PHP 5.3.3 Thanks in advance! Bye Comment by Klaus Leithoff at 2012/10/05 10:16: Hi just tested with my egw 1.8 (svn checkout) I checked several possible Szenarios, where I could imagine it could fail. I was not able to reproduce that. Sorry:-( (Exept, you are drafting on one Server, switch to another and try to print, that one fails big time, (but was not intended to work).) Could you describe what you did, so I might be able to reproduce it? Linked entries: https://community.egroupware.org/egroupware/index.php?menuaction=tracker.tracker_ui.edit&tr_id=3171&no_popup=1 |
