Summary: #2062 - Tracker ACL issue in 1.6.x - settings does not saved Anthony wrote in bug #2002: "I have several tracker queues and use user restriction to allow only certain users access to certain queues. However, if a user chooses the "All" in the queue selection dropdown, they can see and open tickets in other queues to which they don't have access. Also, in the settings pages for the queues, the option "Restrict tracker items to staff and" group or creator --- these settings are not saved. I can check the boxes, then go back in and they will be unchecked again." >From my email from the developer mailing list: I found that, nor the Creator, nor the Group settings saved in the Tracker config in a certain queue. Exactly these settings will not saved, even clicking Save or Apply in Tracker config: * Group: Restict tracker items to the creators primary group and the staff only * Creator: Restict tracker items to the creator and the staff only So, I cannot hide tracker items, which results that, the tracker queue All will show everything.
