=46l=E1vio, This is the result of the ACL finally working as expected, so let's work on= =20 your expectations now :-) By default, all tickets are placed in your primary group (you can change th= is=20 in your preferences). The group can only be set to one of the other groups you are member of (tha= t=20 hasn't got anything to do with ACLs). Now to make an assignment, the user you wanna assign to must have assign=20 rights on the group the ticket is owned by. If that's not your primary grou= p,=20 you'll need to change that first.
