I have just set up Groupware RC8 for the first time. All looks to be work= ing OK, but I am having the following problem in the TTS; 1) I have set up some groups in Egroupware admin, e.g. 'Support' and 'Projects'. I have put the relavent users in those groups. 2) I have set up some global categories in TTS When I come to log a ticket, the global categories I have set up all appe= ar and can be selected. However, the Groups don't, and the 'Assign to' box c= an only be set to 'none'. Also, if I log a call as UserA, then log in as UserB, I cannot see the ca= ll, even if I select the 'view all tickets' option. Can anyone suggest where I may be going wrong? When I select the manual / help option, I get 'Page(s) ManualTtsViewticket_details, ManualTts not fo= und !!!' Many thanks |
