This was changed some months ago, and Finjon tried better than me, so if
it's a clean installation, it should work. But _maybe_ there's missing
code about this change in an upgrade. I guess some code should be in
phpgwapi/setup/tables_update.inc.php, but *maybe* a better place could
be "where the language strings are updated", wherever it is.

This is somehow core related and this is organized by core people, so
Lars, can you take a look at this (rename lang_id field in egw_languages
where lang_id=3D'zt' to 'zh-tw')?
