I'm playing around with eGroupWare for a new project. I need to be able = to set up periodic meetings with people who are not in our office. I'd like= to be able to select these people from a drop-down list or such (like the participants list) but these are not people who have access to our calend= ar system, so as I understand it, are not "participants". Is there a way to= do this? After selecting them, I'd like them to be displayed on the calendar entry= .=20 Can this be done? |
