[Efw-devel] efw-upgrade causes 481 Error calling function

I've just done a clean install of EFW community 3.0-devel, however
when I attempt to run efw-upgrade I get the following errors;

481 Error calling function: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'append'

After much confusion, it turns out this was failing because I was not
registered on the community page and was not using my email address.
Once I entered my email address as the "username", by reconfiguring
with "efw-upgrade -s", the 401 error disappeared but I'm still getting
this;

No interesting upgrades available.

Those errors seem to be triggered by "emicommand
commands.migration.run", but I have absolutely no idea why.

Therefore I'm reporting two problems;

1) The error message relating to 401 on repomd.xml should be clearer,
and explain that the username was not correct
2) The 481 error which appears on both scenarios
