Hi, in the meantime i have done some tests and have found a small bug in ECB...now for me using tramp works... Well, but to ensure we are on the right track lets do some tests: Please send me: - the value of `ecb-ping-program' and `ecb-ping-options' - The needed commandline-syntax of your ping-program probably we can fix it... if yes, i will update the latest CVS-tarball on the ecb-website so you can download a fixed version of ECB...
