#24 King promotion enabled in standard mode
The promotion picker allows you to select a king as the
promotion piece. As this is only legal in suicide
chess, as far as I know, maybe this button should be
disabled unless the game is suicide.
Naturally, trying to do this in other types of game
results in..
Illegal move (e7e8=K).

Many players like to keep the king selected when they are
going to play a series of suicide games - since in a fast
game it is usually the best piece to promote to. Disabling
it between games could make it annoying for
suicide players.
I may devise a way to satisfy all players and write a
disabling scheme for the king button, but I don't feel it's
too important.

it's been over an year, I just don't this is a bug and after
leaving this open for all this time, now I've decided that
it is staying the way it is.
