#431 perldoc on windows vista problem

Hi,

I can't use perldoc from EPIC, but from commandline it works. If I try to use perldoc I get the message Documentation not available.

If I use it from the cmdline or powershell it works.

My System:

Windows Vista
ECLIPSE 3.3.0
EPIC 0.6.13
perl 5.8.8.820 (activestate)
perldoc 3.1.4

The Path includes : C:\Perl\lib;C:\Perl\site\bin;C:\Perl\bin

I have the same problem on Mac Os. I use "/usr/local/ActivePerl-5.8/bin/perl" as the Perl interpreter in Windows->Preferences->EPIC
