Log Message:
Added support for compressed textures.
o The driver interface has changed somewhat for compressed
  textures.  I had to add some more methods to encapsulate the
  specific texture formats in the driver.
o There is still one outstanding bug.  You have to load mipmaps
  from largest (most detail) to smallest (least detail).  Otherwise
  the aspect ratio is incorrectly calculated.
o You will need a new Glide for texture compression to actually work.
  If you don't get the new Glide, the driver will not fail, but
  textures will simply not be compressed.  In this sense this
  commit is backward compatible.
