This was as simple as setting the AGP offset bit (1<<25) which works with the
DST_OFFSET_PITCH field in the header as it takes an 21-bit offset that is
shifted right by 5 bits, which actually does allow the AGP offset to make it
in.  I was expecting to have to manually set up the DST_OFFSET register and use
that instead of using the DST_OFFSET_PITCH field in the blit header.  Very nice.
