It's designed to work on Radeon hardware on any agpgart-supported system chipset. Note that I say above: "... a small change *similar to* ...". Coincidentally my setup has a Radeon in a laptop with an i845 system chipset. The change that has to be made to the agpgart driver is simply to have the resume hook call the configure hook. This has already been done in 2.5.xx for some of the other intel AGP system chipsets. I am planning to clean up my patches soon.
