I see a green moire pattern and normal fps (testxv.c). Both can be closed. When I only understand the logic to get Xv running for "normal" users...? It works fine when I start the X server as "root" but I only get a black window (testxv) e.g. as"dieter". Xauth problem? XF86Config file?
