[Dprobes] Will LTT/Dprobes be merged into Linus' kernel?

Is there any chance (LTT/Dprobes) to be merged into Linus's linux?
If not, why? If yes, when? Do you have any hints?

What distributions will/do have LTT/Drpobes?
