#8 Encoding fails on Fedora 19, MEncoder SVN-r36171-4.8.1

The currently latest mencoder release on Fedora 19 from rpmfusion: MEncoder SVN-r36171-4.8.1 fails to load libavcodec which is used by dpg4x to encode the mpeg1 format used in dpg files.

After some quick testing there does not seem to be any minor changes to flags that will help, for example crashes:
mencoder test.avi -ofps 15 -sws 9 -vf format=rgb24,scale=256:192:::3,harddup -nosound -ovc lavc -lavcopts vcodec=mpeg1video -o /tmp/tmpHFuUF5

Later mencoder releases on Windows works fine, older ones for Fedora 17 works fine too. I will try to rebuild a more recent mencoder for Fedora 19.

When rerunning this on Fedora 21 it works fine. Closing this bug.
