Dave, Obviously they do not compare at all. Its very hard to use the output of the testcases to determine what is broken, so can you please send me the daemon log output so that I may try to guess what is going on here? Let's start with the DPCL/SourceObj subdir. Also, can you please verify that your build of dyninst is working by running the test programs in core/dyninstAPI/tests/i386-unknown-linux2.4?
