#259 Crashes X on start
Dosbox just started crashing my X on startup, though
not 100% of the time. This seems to be related to
mounting the filesystem as commenting out any mount
commands id .dosboxrc eliminated the problem. (Another
possibility is that some library dosbox is linked to,
has been compiled against something that has since been
updated (my system is Gentoo)).
After the problem first rose, I installed 0.63; did not
fix the problem which would indicate that the problem
is not new to 0.65.
When crashing, dosbox outputs an error similar to this
(to console):
XIO: fatal IO error 104 (Connection reset by peer) on X
server ":0.0" after 164 requests (161 known processed)
with 8 events remaining.

Does dosbox crash if you remove the mount commands from
.dosboxrc but type them in the dosbox shell ?
Could you post the contents of .dosboxrc as well ?
