I'm not sure what's causing this...it's occurring in
both .40 and .50 of DosBox. Console is blue, and so are
all games that are run under it. I'm uncertain what the
problem is, as the last time I used DosBox this wasn't
occurring.
Yeah, I know. That was a really crappy bug submission. I was
(and am) tired. Anyway, I talked to Harakiet via ICQ and
discovered a few things subsequently. This problem only
exists when in windowed mode. However, I can only switch to
full-screen mode using the LEFT Alt key, and NOT with the
RIGHT Alt key. However, that's another problem entirely.
SDLTEST runs properly (more or less -- it freezes after
drawing the palette but before drawing the grey area at the
bottom).
(almost relevant) System Specifications:
MOBO: MSI K7T266 Pro2-RU motherboard (VIA KT266A chipset)
CPU: AMD Athlon 1800+ (o/c 1533MHz)
VID: GeForce3 Ti500 (64MB DDR VRAM)
SND: Sound Blaster Audigy eX (with crappy W2K drivers,
joyous day -- who knows, these things have been known to
screw up more obscure and seemingly unrelated things)
OS: Windows 2000 Professional w/ Service Pack 3

I think that you should give your system specs. I don't think
that any author has this problem on his PC, and neither do I.

I am presently downloading the 30.82 Detonator update.

The bug has been fixed.
Wait for the upcoming new version to see it.
Or:
The updated source is available by cvs.
See the link on top of the screen for information on how to get
the new sources.

Bad canned response :P
Updating detonator drivers fixed the problem.
Let's see if it stays that way.
