#70 BFG optional feature 2: "correct" BFG

I'd like to see an option to make the BFG traces
behave correctly: radiating from the green ball detonation
point, instead of the player position.

I know deathmatchers have all gotten used to the
"buggy" BFG, but I think it's interesting to see what Doom
would be with a "correct" BFG. Thus, there should be an
option to enable/disable this.

Interesting, but have not had much demand for such, and has had low priority, for years and years.
