Makes the HTML writer respect the new colwidth auto/given attribute introduced in patch #120.
The html5 writer now drops the object and specifications, if the table has a class value "colwidths-auto".
A similar feature for the html4css1 writer is feasible for later implementation if agreed on the docutils-devel list.
Fixed also for html4css1 in commit 8033.
