#455 Maven deployment update

The way we were sync with the central maven repository will be stop so we need to move to another option. We will use OpenSource Sonatype repository using the documentation https://docs.sonatype.org/display/Repository/Sonatype+OSS+Maven+Repository+Usage+Guide

new artifacts have been released:

- docbook-xsl in version 1.77.1
- docbook-xml in version 5.1b4
- docbook-xsl-webhelpindexer in version 1.0.1-pre (from svn sources because of no dedicated release in sourceforge)
- docbook-xsl-saxon in version 1.0.1-pre (from svn sources because of no dedicated release in sourceforge)

We are now waiting to be syched with the maven central repository.
